What we keep, and why.

Your email address, which is how you sign in. We email you a one-time link; there is no password.

Your collection: the cards you add, their photographs, prices you set, and your listings and sales.

Records of what happened to your account and listings, kept so we can show you and fix problems.

Card photographs are stored privately and shown through short-lived signed links. A photograph appears publicly only on a listing you choose to publish.

Supabase stores our database and photographs and handles sign-in. Resend delivers our sign-in emails. Netlify and Fly.io run the site and its background work. Anthropic processes card photographs when our team identifies cards for you.

They act for us and only to run the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not show advertising.

You sign in on eBay’s own page; we never see or store your eBay password. eBay gives us an access token, which we store encrypted and use only to list the cards you choose, read your shipping, return and payment policies, and check those listings for sales.

Listings you publish to eBay are sent to eBay with their photographs, and orders for them are read back so the card comes off OffMarketCards when it sells.

Disconnect at any time from Channels; the stored tokens are deleted. If you close your eBay account, eBay tells us and we delete the connection’s tokens and identifiers.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to make the site work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Email support@offmarketcards.com from the address you sign in with to have your account and its data deleted. Sales records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required.
